Overview

Rotate123 LLC (“we,” “our”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of SoloStats and related products. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Subscription refunds

Subscription fees (e.g., Starter Bundle, WebReports access) are typically billed in advance. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the following situations:

  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong product).
  • You cancelled within a short window after the charge (e.g., within 7–14 days) and have not made significant use of the paid features.
  • Technical issues prevented you from using the service after purchase, and we were unable to resolve them.

We may ask for details (e.g., order date, email, reason) to process a refund. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

No refund guarantee

We do not guarantee refunds for all requests. Subscription and usage terms may limit refund eligibility. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods already used, or for change-of-mind after extended use.
