I just bought a subscription but when I log in, it says Expired.
Typically this is due to two different subscriptions. You have purchased a SoloStats Subscription but your WebReports has expired. We have eliminated this two subscription issue by making all SoloStats123, Touch and LIVE FREE for stat taking. You just pay for reporting to see Aggregate Stats at WebReports or in SoloStats. Please make sure to upgrade SoloStats123 to the latest version. Press the About button - it should be Version 3.5 or higher.
Other times there is confusion between Rotate123 and WebReports. Rotate123 is for doing Formations and has nothing to do with Stats or Stat Reports. To get WebReports buy a Starter Bundle or higher. To review the Bundle Options click here - Bundles 2017.

How do I stat an Assist when someone other than the setter sets the ball?
First enter the kill. Then the Assist button will activate. Press Assist and the player who set the ball. The same process applies to double blocks. Enter one player and the earned block. Press Assist and the second player.
Can I use SoloStats off line?
Yes. SoloStats123, LIVE and TOUCH can all be used Off Line. Stats will be stored locally. To upload stats to WebReports, press Backup.

How do i use maxpreps?
My stats from solostats aren't showing up in webreports.
In SoloStats, press Backup and make sure the progress bar goes to 100%. Then launch a new WebReports page and you stats should be there. SoloStats tries to backup stats automatically while you take stats if you have a good internet connection. However, many gyms don't have connections so you will need to do a manual backup when you get home.
