Who We Are

​We've worked in Silicon Valley for over 30 years as software entrepreneurs. We love volleyball and coach both club and high school.

Like most of you, we are part-time coaches. We love the game, but planning and coaching can often be super time consuming. We found that creating lineups and experimenting with rotations took hours of work every week. We used whiteboards, coins, Excel, Powerpoint... you name it. Most of the work was repetitive and tedious. This led us to create Rotate 123, the first and only rotation optimization software product.  

Since then we've created SoloStats LIVE, SoloStats FAN, SoloStats Coach, SoloStats 123, WebReports and SoloStats VIDEO to provide stats, reports, analysis and video synchronization.  We are the only company to provide a full line of automation tools for volleyball coaches.  We want to help you get to insights faster and do less work. 

We've worked very closely with the AVCA and USA Volleyball to get their feedback and to work on coach training seminars.  We've trained over 500 coaches on how to use stats to optimize their teams and win more matches.  And now offer the WinNow Coach Training program.
