If you use TeamSnap to manage your volleyball team, you can now push your WebReports stats directly to your TeamSnap team. No more entering stats one cell at a time. Just a push of a button sends over an entire match.

One Time Setup Link WebReports to TeamSnap Step-By-Step
Authorizing TeamSnap
LOGIN
- Ensure you have your login credentials for WebReports and TeamSnap handy - Login to your WebReports account
CHOOSE & Connect
- From your Team Reports list, decide which team's stats you want to send to TeamSnap
- Click the Team Reports item
- You will be taken to the reports page where you will want to select a team
- Next you will want to click on the "Connect TeamSnap" button
TEAMSNAP CONNECTION
- After clicking the "Connect TeamSnap" button you will be taken to a TeamSnap login page
- Enter your TeamSnap credentials and then click their "Log In" button - You will be taken to a page to "authorize" TeamSnap to connect with your WebReports data
AUTHORIZE TEAMSNAP
- TeamSnap needs you to authorize a connection with your WebReports account
- You will be taken back to WebReports where you will finish linking the team stats to TeamSnap
NOTE: authorization needs to happen once and then you can begin pushing data to TeamSnap
Matching Team and Players
SELECT YOUR TEAM
- To begin to connect your WebReports Team Stats to TeamSnap, you need to select the Team you wish to link with your TeamSnap account
Connect YOUR TEAM
- You will need to click the "Connect TeamSnap" button
CONFIRM CONNECTION
- Now confirm you want to connect your WebReports data with TeamSnap
NOTE: you have the opportunity to choose a different team by clicking the pop-down list directly to the left of the "Connect Team" button
- Once you have picked the team from the pop-down, click the "Connect Team" button - You will be provided with a tool to confirm the players on the team roster
CONFIRM TEAM ROSTER
- Now, confirm your team roster using the tool provided
- You will see your WebReports team roster on the left and you need to select the corresponding team member on the right
- Once you have associated all of your players on the roster, please be sure to double check your selections - Next, you will need to click the "Connect Players" button at the bottom of the page
YOU'RE NOW CONNECTED
- After clicking the "Connect Players" button you will be presented with the following confirmation page
NOTE: if you ever want to disconnect this team from your TeamSnap account, you can come back to this page and use the "Disconnect Team" button
Pushing Stats Step-By-Step
PUSH FROM WEBREPORTS
- To transfer stats to TeamSnap, you use the same export stats procedure with one additional feature: we provide a "Push Stats" button - From WebReports, select a match - Next, push the "Export, Import and Editing" button - You will be presented with a list of matches - Select the match and then click the "Push Stats" button
ConFIGURE YOUR MATCH
- Next you are presented with a series of dialogs to link your WebReports stats with your TeamSnap team - First, click the "Please select or create a TeamSnap match..." button from the pop-down
- At the bottom of the pop-down list, choose the "Create a new TeamSnap match..." selection
- Next, choose the "Please select or create a TeamSnap location..." pop-down and either choose a location if you have one or create a new location
- Next, choose the "Please select or create a TeamSnap opponent..." pop-down and either choose an opponent if you have one or create a new opponent
- Finally, once you have double checked your choices, you'll need to push the "Push Stats" button to send your match stats to TeamSnap
- At the bottom of the dialog you will see a the button change to say "Processing" and a progress spinner lets you know it may take 20 seconds or more while your match stats are being sent to TeamSnap
ALL SET!
- When all of your stats have been sent to TeamSnap you will see a "Match stats pushed to TeamSnap!" notification dialog
- You can now navigate your web browser over to your TeamSnap account and enjoy your WebReports stats LIVE in your TeamSnap account!!!
